The Animated Film Workshop lets you find out about contemporary techniques and equipment as well as historical optical toys, with which you can apply your creativity to make moving pictures. Young animated film makers share their experience in making films in a studio in a former mint, which was used as a sock factory in Soviet times.
During the event, you will get to know interesting facts about the city as well as get a chance to solve different tasks and riddles with your mates!
We start at the courtyard of the local cultural factory Aparaaditehas, wander through the art-filled neighborhood Karlova and stop for a quick break at the local bar Barlova.
The tour takes you along the vegetable-named streets of Soup Town and leads you to the colourful locations of this cozy slum.
