The story of Sweet Root begins in July 2014 and starts with food, and a passion for it and for the beauty of gathering at a dinner table. The friendship between food and people is sensational and intriguing, it connects us, inspires us and encourages us to learn and seek for more and for better.
The dinner menu at restaurant Sweet Root is concise but balanced, changing every two to three months according to the season. The highly trained restaurant staff believe in the beauty of a 3-5 course dinner, and strongly encourage you to bask in the pleasure when time slows down and you simply enjoy the company you are with and the new tastes you are experiencing.
The light and subtle interior provides a calm atmosphere that does not clash with or overwhelm the food itself. There are 52 places inside the restaurant and 24 on the outside terrace.
