Marzipan is one of the oldest sweets made in Estonia, first used as a medicine as it was thought to have healing properties and was sold in the Town Hall Pharmacy of Tallinn until 17th century.

Nowadays  it’s a popular treat that gives guests the opportunity to practice true craftsmanship.

In this workshop, you will learn about marzipan . Even more, you’ll become a craftsman yourself, sculpting, colouring and painting your own small figurine.
